The anionic form also appears as a white ionic emulsion. It maintains a solid content close to 35%, with a tolerance of ±1%.
Its pH level ranges from 5 to 8, denoting a neutral to slightly alkaline state. The viscosity at 25 degrees Celsius is below 100 milliPascal seconds (mPa·s).
Applications:
This product is highly versatile and can be applied to a wide range of paper and cardboard materials. Examples include printing wrapping paper, writing paper, food wrapping paper, and cable wrapping paper. Typically, it is added directly to the pulp during the manufacturing process.
Additionally, this product can be used in conjunction with rosin glue and neutral sizing agents to achieve effective sizing for the paper products. This combination enhances the performance and quality of the finished paper.
When incorporating this product into the pulp, the recommended dosage is between 15 to 20 kilograms per metric ton of pulp. Alongside this, aluminum sulfate should be added at a similar dosage of 15 to 20 kilograms per metric ton of pulp. It is also important to maintain the pulp's pH value within the range of 4.5 to 5.0 for optimal results.
